General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by rivaiv GmbH, in particular seminars, retreats, coaching, and consulting. They also apply to future digital content offered within the member area.
2. Registration and Contract Conclusion
Registration takes place via email or telephone and becomes binding once it has been confirmed by rivaiv GmbH.
3. Services and Changes
The scope of services is defined in the respective event description. We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or the persons conducting the event, provided the overall character of the event remains unchanged.
4. Payment Terms
Participation fees are due immediately upon invoicing and without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation / Withdrawal
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before the event. For cancellations up to 7 days prior, 50% of the participation fee will be charged. From 7 days before the event, the full fee (100%) is due, unless a replacement participant is provided.
6. Cancellation by the Organizer
rivaiv GmbH reserves the right to cancel events due to low participant numbers, organizational reasons, or illness. In such cases, any fees already paid will be fully refunded. Cancellations will be communicated at the latest 4 weeks before the event. Further claims are excluded.
7. Liability
Participation is at one's own risk. rivaiv GmbH is only liable for intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for personal belongings or health-related outcomes.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All content shared during events or coaching sessions will be treated confidentially. Participants also agree to maintain confidentiality regarding third-party information. Our privacy policy applies in addition.
9. Online Content in the Member Area
Future online offerings in the member area are also subject to these terms and conditions. Access requires a valid registration. Login credentials may not be shared with third parties.
